Newly built and equipped holiday house with four separate accommodation units with the possibility of merging into one whole, is located in a unique quiet location right by the sea on Molet (Žusterna - Koper). It is intended for families and couples who want either active and a sports holiday or just peaceful, relaxing and romantic moments. The possibility of swimming just below the house, the Aquapark and the well-kept beach Žusterna are just a few steps away a site where they rent bicycles and water sports. Ideal location for sports and recreation, as the Koper Olympic Swimming Pool and the Bonifika Sports Park are also nearby, where there are football pitches, volleyball, basketball and tennis. The surrounding area also offers hiking, cycling (Parencana, which leads to Piran), fishing, sailing, surfing, canoeing ... In the immediate vicinity there is a bar, pizzeria and local bus services with frequent lines to the city center, shops and restaurants, just a few minutes by car. Possibility of free parking 400 m away, in a  parking lot.

For your safety and protection, in Vila Molet we have taken care of the preparation and implementation of numerous hygienic protection measures. We have considered the recommendations of the NIJZ institute.
In Vila Molet we intensively clean and disinfect all surfaces.
In addition to washing at high temperatures, sheets and towels are also disinfected.
Hand sanitizers are installed inside to prevent the spread of the virus.
Accommodation at Vila Molet is only permitted for guests who have PCT - GREEN PASS conditions at the time of arrival.
